Ah, reviews are wonderful, because they usually have a lot to do with raises (right?). Well, I never paid any attention to them, but I wouldn't use myself as an example. I know my colleagues are all excited about them (again, think raises). Oh well, lay it on herand tell her how great she is and what a valuable team member she is, and, well a few things she can work to improve.
