I don't know. Supposedly I'm getting exercise and taking meds to help me sleep, but nothing changes. Except that my dosage changed and then changed again, and I think that's why I'm extra hyper and sleepless and have no appetite right now. I don't worry too much about it. It's good that you got some rest.
